Trike & Multibike Insurance

After many months of discussion and investigating MAG Direct (Motorcycle Direct) have come up with something that a few Members have been asking for and that is Multi-Bike policy and also Trike facility.

The above will not be dealt with through MAG Direct but through Central where a special form will be sent out from here. The reason for this is it is a fairly small market because now there is reality only ONE underwriter who is interested in Multi-Bike facilities (no it is not Norwich Union) and there needs to be some controls in place. Motorcycle Direct do not and never have done this product but will do it for MAG so please do not F**K it up. The biggest problem before has been people have insured a couple of pieces of junk and then stuck a new R1 on the policy which they then have made a claim - big mistake.

Anyway just so we all get it right if anybody out there asks or complains that we do not do MB get them to contact us at Central. Please do not advertise this otherwise we will have all and sundry on to us.

Central Office now has forms for Members who have trikes and are unable to insure them at present. As with the above the forms can be faxed or posted to MAG Direct for a personal quote and once again they do not provide this facility for any of their other 100,000 clients
