THEFTLINE
Posters distributed via MAG regional reps are already displayed in 1550 franchised dealers with an additional 500 now available to MAG activists. If you require more please let us know and we can post you some.
Streetbiker has a full-page version of the image, which can be cut out and displayed - please! No payments to informants, or requests for payments have yet been made, although 50 machines have been recovered from a breaker in Lincoln and 29 identified and returned to their rightful owners. A gang of Harley ringers are currently under investigation, a gang from Stoke on Trent shortly due in court and other gangs of thieves under investigation. Two or three calls per week are now typically being received at MAG Central.
TORIES GO FOR 80MPH
The Conservatives are calling for the national speed limit to be raised to 80mph on motorways Bernard Jenkin, the Shadow Transport Minister, said that as motorists very often travel at that speed, keeping the 70mph limit encourages them to disregard all traffic laws. By rigidly enforcing a more realistic 80mph limit, the Tories believe that motorists would respect the law. If elected, the Tories would also create a new road 'Czar' to monitor and recommend new speed limits.
