Dear MAG members

I am asking for your help in a survey, concerning Air-Conditioning System for motorcyclists.

A few words about the system.

It's a unique air-conditioning system that includes a small and lightweight Unit and vest. The unit is placed behind the seat and Vest is weared by the motorcyclist. The unit and the vest are connected by the air pipe.

System properties:

  1. Solid state portable light weight and size air-conditioning unit (20cm x 20cm x 20cm - less than 3 kg) + vest - hundreds grams.
  2. No moving parts.
  3. It provides all weather comforts (cooling and heating), with low power consumption (130 W, 10 Ampere at 13-14 Volt).
  4. Environmentally friendly.

Now the questions:

  • Rank the most important criteria for motorcyclist - Image, Safety, Comfort and others
  • How important is finding solution for conditioning problems for motorcyclist?

The solutions that existing today are:

  1. Air vents in riding gears and helmets
  2. Hitting system for riding gear using electric source.
    • The question is - does existing solutions provide sufficient answer for cooling and heating?
    • What will be the rejections for the EntroSys system (functional rejections such as - size, installation, warranty, cost, image & status, safety)
    • What are the main motives that would drive you to buy EntroSys system?
    • The estimated price of the system is 600$-1000$ + installation price of 100$. In your opinion, is this a reasonable price?

Thanking you in advance for your co-operation.
