Email Addresses Needed Please Will all Local Reps please make an effort to get email addresses for the clubs in their local area. Advertising in the commercial press costs a
fortune and has never proven cost effective. We don't want to waste your money in it.
If we have a comprehensive list of club email addresses then we can offer them articles on riders' rights issues for
publication in their club newsletters.
Most editors of club magazines are desperate for such material. MAG can seriously raise its profile amongst ordinary motorcyclists by accessing the clubs' structure. My
intention is to build an email directory of club addresses and to ask them if they would like to receive regular MAG briefings, press releases etc. There's a big difference between mailing someone something
regularly and just letting them know at infrequent intervals that there is stuff available on our website.
I would suggest that at your next group meeting you make one person personally responsible for
collecting these addresses. Your Regional Rep has a list of all the clubs affiliated to MAG so it should be possible to work out which ones lie within your geographical area of responsibility.
