MAG Youth – (temporary name)
Welcome to the new page in Network which is to be dedicated to the 11 – 19 year old riders among us.
How this page came about
 Trevor Baird and Liz Needham went to Youthbike 2003 in
June and talked to a lot of the participants about what biking means to them. All of the competition entrants were given affiliate membership of MAG, and were all very
pleased. Trev and Liz realised that something needed to be done to capture some of the enthusiasm for MAG.
What will be on this page?
That’s entirely up to you! E-mail us or write to us with ideas and articles. Send us photos of your scooter or
motorbike. If trail riding is your thing, tell us. This page is intended to show what young riders want and need when it comes to MAG.
Who is this page for?
This page is intended for whoever reads it, whether you are a son or daughter of a MAG
member or MAG affiliate member through the clubs, or whether you’ve just happened to see it and enjoy riding.

Junior MAG is aimed at the under 10s and MAG Sport is aimed at those who use motorbikes for sport. But us olds couldn’t think of a good name for
this section so we thought we’d hand it over to you as a competition. The prize for the best name will be a year’s free membership of MAG. If any can think of a good name please
