Accounts Required
As per Finance Working Group minutes circulated at the last NC we would be grateful if you could supply the following:
- Latest Annual accounts for your region (in summary form please - I don't expect to have to create a summary from a long list of debits & credits) If you could also make a mental note to send your annual accounts after each annual meeting hereafter. - Copies of the annual accounts of groups within your region - Copies of accounts of events that have happened in your region in the last 12 months. In view of the ongoing Foot & Mouth Disease crisis MAG's Finance Working Group is trying to get an overall 'feel' of the level of funding and fund raising that is happening out in the regions and especially at local group level. Please send in your returns via Central Office. Where you haven't got all the required information, please send in as and when with an update sheet.
