Talk to other riders about the things they get out biking, the things we all want more of, and you'll find a lot of common ground… Biking is about enjoying the good times and excitement, but also about avoiding the expense and misery from crashing or losing your licence. Bikes can get you from A to B (or even from A and back again, just for the hell of it) quicker and you'll arrive with a bigger grin on your face than if you took the car, but we all know the down-side… crashed and stolen bikes mean ever-rising insurance and repair costs. Getting knocked-off by someone Backed by some of the biggest names in motorcycling, 'The Edge' is a non-profit making programme established and managed by the Rider Development Research Foundation (RDRF) and supported by the Motorcycle Industry Association. ''The Edge' is expected to begin to take over from Bikesafe as the leading additional training scheme available today and many police forces have already signed up for it.
